Article 1 PURCHASE

1.1 All offers on this Internet site are entirely without obligation. A purchase and sale agreement does not come into existence until the time at which Roukama responds to the order placed and the parties have reached agreement on the goods to be delivered and the purchase price to be paid. Prices in our shops are subject to typing errors etc.

Article 2 PAYMENT

2.1 The buyer must fulfill his payment obligation by using one of the payment methods given in this article; .

Article 3 DELIVERY

3.1 All deliveries are subject to retention of title; ownership of the delivered goods does not transfer to the buyer until the purchase price has been paid. 3.2 Quotations of delivery times on this Internet site are approximate, this can be deviated from when purchasing if agreement is reached on this.

Article 4 GUARANTEE

4.1 Products supplied by Roukama and which are provided with a factory-applied serial number are guaranteed by Roukama for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, with the exception of starter motors, alternators, rotors and other electronically related wear parts. This warranty gives the right to free repair if a manufacturing or material defect is found by Roukama within the warranty period. Please note that this concerns manufacturing defects, not defects in use, for example with batteries or other electronics-related parts.

4.2 Exchange of products for which a serious malfunction has occurred within eight days after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete and the malfunction is detected by Roukama.

4.3 The warranty period will not start again due to repair and / or replacement of products.

4.4 A warranty is given for the repairs themselves for a period of 30 days from the return of Roukama.

4.5 If there is improper use, incorrect connection, influence of moisture or other causes that are outside the sphere of influence of Roukama, the warranty will lapse.

4.6 The Guarantee never extends to reimbursement of costs or damage caused by changes or repairs made to products other than Roukama, or if the products are used for purposes other than those for which they are intended, or in a careless or improper manner. have been treated or maintained.

Article 5 APPLICABLE LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM

5.1 The Dutch court has exclusive jurisdiction over legal disputes.

5.2 Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes between parties.

Article 7 IMAGES

7.1 All images, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, etc. included in price lists and brochures are only approximate and cannot be a reason for compensation and / or dissolution. Roukama VOF does its best to provide accurate data on the site

Article 8 RETURN

8.1 After the customer has received the product that he / she has ordered, the customer has the authority to dissolve the underlying agreement with Roukama VOF within 14 days of receiving this product. The customer does not have to provide a reason for this. Please note that we test everything, every form of use, test, spots or other traces and the absence of packaging and / or accessories ensure that we do not accept the return shipment and it will be returned at the expense of the customer (after payment of shipping costs) )

8.2 If the client wishes to dissolve the customer in writing (via email) to notify Roukama VOF to the contract pursuant to Article 8.1 of these conditions. 8.3 If the customer has already made some payments at the time that the customer has revoked the agreement with Roukama VOF pursuant to Articles 8.1 and 8.2 of these Purchase Conditions, Roukama VOF will make these payments within fourteen (14) days after Roukama VOF returned it by the customer. received the product.

8.5 If a product is returned that, in the opinion of Roukama VOF, has been damaged due to an action or negligence on the part of the customer or is otherwise at the risk of the customer, Roukama VOF will inform the customer in writing (via fax, letter or e-mail). Roukama VOF is entitled to deduct the value reduction of the product from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer as a result of this damage.

8.6 As stipulated by law, the provisions in the "Distance purchasing" act naturally apply.
